Craig Daugherty has been involved in the fitness industry for almost 10 years. He began as a trainer in 2006 at the age of 22 and went on to run multi-million dollar facilities. Craig has helped rehabilitate, develop and strengthen hundreds of clients over the years. He has obtained multiple certifications that range from general health and wellness to strength and conditioning and Kinesis. His experience includes studies in business at UCF/VCC and development to become a NPC Bodybuilder (Heavyweight Division). Craig’s love of health and fitness motivated his development of the FlexFuel program. Craig explains, “Over the years I have seen so many people try so hard at so many things and they always come up short of their goals due to not having the ability to stay on track with their nutrition. Truly 68% of your results come from what you put in your body.”

Heather Delcanto has managed in the hospitality industry since 2008 and has always wanted to pursue her interests in the medical or health and fitness field. She is a 2005 and 2006 award winner from the University of Tennessee’s Math and Science Regional Center program for her work in the Exercise Science program. Heather places an emphasis on her personal fitness and this passion has resulted in numerous swimsuit pageant titles and becoming a well published swimsuit and glamour model. She has also worked as a corporate brand ambassador since 2010 and a gym industry sales representative. Heather is currently studying to become an ACSM personal trainer and explains, “I love teaching and educating people and am looking forward to the opportunity to educate others to become healthy, better versions of themselves.”

Michael Kuhn’s passion for food began when he was a teenager taking care of his brother and cooking for the family to help his single working mother. At age nineteen Michael started working at Scarlett O’Hara’s in St. Augustine Florida. In his four years there he worked his way up to head cook while he was also developing his skills in a Culinary Arts program for two of those years. He then transitioned to an opportunity with Outback Steakhouse where he was the kitchen manager for seventeen years. Michael describes his experience there, “I was able to work with a lot of great people at Outback and being there taught me how to lead a team and how to become a great chef and teacher of new recipes and standards.” From Outback he was hired at Beaches at Vilano where he has been for the last two year's working with a great chef learning Caribbean style cooking with amazing spices and sauces. Michael is excited to start a new journey with his daughter Heather and other great people. So get ready for some amazing food made with the freshest ingredients prepared in a healthy style of cooking!
Jasper has a proven track record in the health and fitness field with over 13 years experience in the design and implementation of strength training, metabolic, and nutrition programming for clients of all fitness levels. He and his wife Danielle have been competing in bodybuilding, powerlifting, and figure competitions up to national level and working with athletes and competitors since 2001.

Caroline Colbert is a Kennesaw GA Native. She grew up an all star soccer player, lifelong swimmer, runner and avid GA Bulldog Fan. Caroline has been involved in many animal rescue groups, where she has fostered, and re-homed many animals throughout the last 16 years. She loves being a mother to her 7 year old daughter. Caroline graduated from Chattahoochee Technical College with an Associates of Applied Science and Culinary Arts. She has continued to further in her education in Nutrition and has a passion to help people understand how and why it is important to eat healthier. Her culinary background helps play hand in hand when suggesting simple yet delicious and healthy alternatives to the food we all love. She loves to eat and entertain while maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
